¿Conoces a Santi? is an environmental education and communication project which aims to share information on the Santiago River, who pollutes it, and what can be done to bring back the Santi that communities want to see. Santi is the personification of the Santiago River, one of the most important rivers in Western Mexico and also one of the most polluted. It originates near Lake Chapala, in the municipality of Ocotlán and travels 562 kilometers to its mouth in the Pacific Ocean.
